If you want something equivalent to a 50-inch plasma that costs less, the Samsung HL-5067W should be on your list. The weight of the TV is an impressive 72.8 lbs. The Samsung HL-R5067W's weight and depth is compressed because of Samsung’s “floating screen” which is described as light weight design.
